Loute Wire Tightener

8-1/2″ (22.0 cm) Loute Wire Tightener is ideally suited for use in procedures that require the addition of wire and subsequent tightening of these wires. This instrument can be used to twist and tighten the ends of loose wire without putting undue pressure or strain on these regions which can make them more liable for breakage. It can be used in many procedures specifically those such as fracture approximation in which a minimal amount of foreign material is implanted but the optimal support is obtained to accelerate healing.
